About the role

As Tech Lead / Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you will take technical ownership of our core platform. You will play a key role in shaping architecture, improving scalability, and setting development standards while remaining hands-on in building features.

You’ll work closely with product, operations, and leadership, and help guide other engineers as the team grows. This is a highly impactful role where technical decisions directly influence patient experience and business growth.

What you’ll do

• Take ownership of the technical architecture and codebase
• Design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack solutions
• Lead by example with clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
• Make pragmatic technical decisions and trade-offs
• Improve developer workflows, tooling, and system reliability
• Collaborate closely with product, customer success, and leadership
• Mentor and support other engineers as the team expands

Who you are

• 5+ years of experience as a full-stack or backend-focused engineer
• Comfortable taking technical ownership and responsibility
• Strong experience with modern web stacks (frontend & backend)
• You think in systems, scalability, and long-term maintainability
• Proactive, independent, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
• Based in the Netherlands
